Rodney Ray Jr.

Rodney Ray Jr., standing at 6’ 6” hailing from New York, N.Y.  where he started his basketball at Glen Cove High School in Glen Cove New York. Rodney is known as an left hand dominant explosive player with great ball-handling skills and court vision. Rodney Ray Jr. is a dedicated and passionate basketball player with a strong collegiate background, having played at both NCAA Division II and NAIA Division I levels. With a commitment to excellence both on and off the court. Even in his early youth years, Rodney showcased athletic promise as he attended the Kenny Smith Basketball Camp and the Long Island Basket Camp where he won a championship and received awards for the Most Improved player, 3 point shooting and MVP.

Rodney attended Broward College in Florida where he averaged 10.6 per game on 56 percent shooting from the field. Rodney transferred to Glenville State University in West Virginia where he played guard and small forward averaging 10.3 points a game on 50 percent shooting from the field.  In 2023-24, Rodney, enrolled in the University of Antelope Valley in Lancaster CA where he averaged 13.2 points a game on 54 percent shooting from the field attended. Additionally, Ray due to his size is a excellent rebounding boasting a 5 rebound a game average.
