NBA Summer League in Vegas 2024!!!
​An incredible trip for Elite Sports Empowerment Inc.! We just returned from an exhilarating experience at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas!
It was a fantastic opportunity to see up-and-coming talent on display, connect with industry leaders, and immerse ourselves in the energy of pro basketball. We also had the chance to attend the European Exposure Camps, where we discovered international prospects making their mark in the game.
To cap it all off, we participated in the SMWW Basketball Conference, featuring the legendary Larry Riley as a guest speaker! His insights on the game and the business of basketball were truly inspiring.
We’re grateful for the experiences we shared and the connections we made. Here’s to empowering the next generation of basketball stars!

Exciting Times in Jacksonville!
We had an incredible experience attending the Jacksonville 95ers open tryouts on the weekend of September 13th, 2024! Thank you to the 95ers owner Kevin Waters and the entire 95ers organization for their warm hospitality and support. Being part of an event showcasing so much talent and dedication is always inspiring.
We were honored to meet with David Magley, one of the co-owners of the BSL/TBL (The Basketball League). His insights into the future of the league and the path for aspiring athletes were truly invaluable.

Fun times connecting in Little Rock!
​Dr. Garner and I had a great opportunity to meet with Jushun Blackmon one of the co-owners of Little Rock Lighting as they were attending and marketing the team at the 5th Annual Black Founder's Summit hosted by CEO Benito Lubazibwa of ReMix Ideas. The event was amazing as it gave insight and valuable advice to local Black-owned businesses in the area. The Little Rock Lightning Dance Team entertained the attendees as the team shared its plans for the future! Also had a chance to meet Arlo Washington from the Oscar-nominated documentary "The Barber of Little Rock" as well as hear from so many successful business owners and leaders in the area. Thank you to the Lighting co-owner Jushun Blackmon and the entire organization for their warm hospitality. Jushun's vision for the team's future is inspiring and his passion for elevating sports in their community is contagious.

Encore Visit to Little Rock!
​Dr. Garner and I had a great opportunity to meet with Jushun Blackmon one of the co-owners of Little Rock Lighting as they were hosting their last open tryoit before the TBL Draft Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Thank you to the Lighting co-owner Jushun Blackmon and the entire organization for their warm hospitality. Look forward to the Lightning marking a mark this 2025 season.

Exciting times in Indianapolis at the 2025 TBL Combine! It’s always a pleasure to work alongside Fiskites and support our own. Huge congratulations to Kevin Waters, Owner of the Jacksonville 95ers, as he embarks on his 2nd season in the league!
Watching my classmate Fred evaluate talent with his professional experience was truly inspiring. I was honored to step in for Jushun Blackmon, Owner of the Little Rock Lightning, to grab the number 1 spot, negotiate trade deals, and represent at the draft table—all while soaking in the weekend's festivities.
Had the chance to connect with a few former NBA greats, which was unforgettable! Wishing all teams the best of luck for a successful season ahead.
I’m also looking forward to our basketball clients making it to the All-Star roster in Maryland this March!

Exciting times in Memphis at the 2025 Little Rock Lightning Final Tryout! Shout out to Jushun Blackmon, Co-Owner of the Little Rock Lightning, as they enter into their 5th season.
A huge thank you to all the guys who came out to participate. Thank you to the coaches and referees for their assistance in making the event a success.
Even had my partner, Fred Garner, feeling the energy of the moment and come out of retirement.

Honored to be able to travel to Little Rock, Arkansas and support Jushun Will Blackmon and former NBA player Coach Brian Rowsom of the Little Rock Lightning Basketball Team as they supported NBA Legend Sidney Moncrief at his 30 for 30 Shadow a CEO Leadership Program.
Enjoyed engaging with the high school and college students as we worked with them on Workplace Readiness. Looking forward to seeing these young minds excess as they prepare for the future!!

2025 Toronto Tempo Trip Highlights !!

Huge thank you to Monica Rogers and the entire Toronto Tempo front office for extending an invitation to WNBA agents to meet the team and explore Toronto as they gear up for an exciting upcoming 2026 season!
It was an incredible opportunity to see what this vibrant city has to offer our female athletes, enjoy the sights of Toronto, and marvel at the breathtaking Niagara Falls from the Canadian side. Grateful for this memorable experience and wishing them a fantastic 2026 season ahead!
2025 Pro Exposure Camp in Memphis, TN (August 16th and 17th, 2025)

Follow us as we look back at our Exposure Basketball Camp held on August 16th and 17th, 2025, at the Memphis Sports and Event Center in Memphis, TN. Our two-day camp allowed us to view local talent as well as players from all of the United States. The young men participated in drill, player development and skill workouts before competing against not only each other but a semi professional team showcasing their abilities for an opportunity to play domestically as well as overseas.
