Zachary Biggins
Nashville Intern
Zachary is a driven and dedicated sports management professional with extensive hands-on experience in sports operations, Zachary has served as a Team Attendant for the Memphis Grizzlies, a marketing assistant for Tiger Sports Properties, and in his early career worked with the Memphis Express.
Not only is Zachary passionate about sports, but his academic achievements, including multiple Dean’s List honors and recognition as an Outstanding Senior in Sports Management, underscore their commitment to excellence in the field. As he continues to develop his expertise, Zachary is eager to contribute his skills and knowledge to our team's future opportunities in sports management and representation.
Julian Kelly
Memphis Intern
Julian Kelly brings a strong combination of legal expertise and sports industry experience to Elite Sports Empowerment. During his time at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, he worked directly with the Memphis Grizzlies’ Business Operations Department, gaining hands-on experience in the functions essential to effective client representation. He also served in the University of Memphis Office of Legal Counsel, where he contributed to contractual negotiations and conducted critical research and data analysis.
A natural leader, Julian served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society during law school. He has also partnered with several nonprofit organizations to mentor young adults navigating post-graduate planning and career opportunities. Julian’s deep commitment to both athletics and service drives his work in sports management and athlete representation. At Elite Sports Empowerment, he is dedicated to supporting our team in its commitment to provide athletes with representation beyond their high school and collegiate careers.
