Dr. Tracey Neal

Dr. Tracey Neal brings a wealth of experience, discipline, and passion to her role as a sports agent. A proud Air Force veteran, she dedicated twelve years to military service, exemplifying leadership, resilience, and strategic thinking qualities that translate seamlessly into her work in sports management.

With over three decades of involvement in the sports industry, Dr. Neal has worn many hats, including basketball official and volunteer assistant coach, reflecting her deep-rooted love for the game at all levels. Currently, she leverages her expertise in corporate security, focusing on contract negotiations, to advocate effectively for her clients.

Her passion for sports and athlete representation motivated her to pursue formal training. She is now working as an Agent while pursuing licensure to become a fully licensed Sports Agent.

Academically, Dr. Neal holds a Doctorate in Emergency Management from Capella University, a Master’s in Business and Security from Webster University, and a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Combining military discipline, extensive industry knowledge, and a genuine love for sports, Dr. Neal is dedicated to empowering athletes and guiding them toward success with integrity and expertise.
