LaMonica Plater

Join us in welcoming LaMonica Plater to the ESE family. Also known as "Noodle" to her friends and family, LaMonica is a 5’10” guard/forward from Shreveport, Louisiana. She graduated from Woodlawn High School, Xavier University of Louisiana, where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science degree, before attending Grambling State University, where she obtained her MS in Sports Administration.

LaMonica is a versatile two-way player. She recently competed overseas in North Macedonia, Europe, with Pro Basket Academy, averaging 15.2 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3.8 steals per game. 

As a seasoned businesswoman off the court, she hosted her first youth basketball camp last year in Shreveport, reflecting her passion for mentorship and community impact. We are excited for the future of Ms. Plater and look forward to her continuing to excel on and off the court
