Kaylen Evans

Kaylen started her Collegiate Basketball Career at Loyola University Chicago playing her Freshman and Sophomore Year, her junior year at Morton College, and her senior year at Lindenwood University. Kaylen then played her last year of Athletic Eligibility due to the 2020-2021 Covid Year at Purdue Northwest in Indiana.

Kaylen appeared in 36 games across two years at Loyola University Chicago, and then had a breakout season with Morton College. At Morton, she was named to the All-American team after hitting 114 three pointers, 3rd most 3-pointers in the nation for that year. She also eclipsed the 600-point mark on the season with “623” points in one season, the first Morton College WBB player to hit that mark in a single season, becoming Leading Scorer in Program History.

She was recognized by earning National All-Team honors and was named 1st Team All-Conference and 1st Team All-Region. Kaylen recently had her jersey on display in the Ring of Honor at the WBB Hall of Fame in Knoxville, TN in recognition of her outstanding play.
