Arnold Smith
Arnold Smith, a graduate of Troy University, with an MBA in Employment Law is the Director of Basketball Operations and Certified WNBA Agent. Arnold brings firsthand basketball experience as a former professional player in Europe along with over 20 years in organizational management, guiding athletes through every stage of their professional journey.Â
 Elite Sports Empowerment Inc. (ESE) has partnered with Stealth Sports Group to extend its athlete representation into football. Stealth Sports Group is led by Dr. Ernest E. Cutler Jr., Co-Owner and Executive Director. He has more than 20 years of experience in athlete development, coaching, scouting and sports operations, and specializes in NIL representation, revenue share negotiations and athlete branding. Stealth's staff includes an NFLPA-certified agent who handles representation for players entering the NFL. Together, this partnership pairs ESE's basketball representation with Stealth Sports Group's football expertise, giving clients comprehensive support from high school recruiting to the NBA and NFL.

Dr. Ernest E. Cutler Jr. leads athlete representation, strategic advisory services and national athlete development at Stealth Sports Group. With more than 20 years of experience in athlete development, coaching, scouting and sports operations, he specializes in NIL representation, revenue share negotiations, athlete branding and professional career strategy, and he represents prospects preparing for the NFL Draft. He has guided thousands of youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes through recruiting, development and professional opportunities, founding elite training programs and coaching national-level teams. Dr. Cutler holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and is a retired U.S. Navy veteran.

Michael Jones, a graduate of Florida A&M University is a licensed financial advisor and wealth management professional. Michael holds Series 7 and 66 licenses and the specialized SE-AWMA® designation, bringing more than 12 years of experience in marketing, contract negotiation, and executive management for Fortune 100 companies to help athletes build and protect long-term wealth.

A lifelong sports fan, Rocky is inspired by athletes who turn dedication and hard work into results, and he brings that same commitment to building brands and championing the next generation of talent. Rocky holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Baker College and is a credentialed agent.
