Empowering the next generation is at the core of everything we do. Beyond professional contracts and brand deals, Elite Sports Empowerment Inc. is dedicated to fostering growth in the communities that shape our athletes. We invest in local youth programs, providing mentorship and resources to turn athletic dreams into tangible futures.
Elite Sports Empowerment and the Mary E Demps Scholarship Fund have partnered to sponsor flag football teams in Nashville, host charity golf events, as well as visit the local schools to educate students on the importance of education and now the NIL process. Each year we come together with the  Mary E Demps Scholarship Fund and several other corporations at a local golf course in Memphis to raise funds for students attending HBCUs everywhere.  So at Elite Sports Empowerment Inc., we are more than just an agency we area FAMILY with a motto of  Respect, Transparency, and Integrity.

Mary E. Demps Sports Outreach Program Partnership
Mission & Oversight
The program's mission is to provide outreach activities and resources for youth through sports programs like golf and flag football. It operates as a restricted fund within the Mary E. Demps Scholarship Fund, governed by an Advisory Committee and a Board of Directors to ensure alignment with its core charitable objectives.
Purpose & Scope
The agreement outlines a collaborative partnership designed to expand outreach through sports. It dictates how funds are managed, how the Advisory Committee operates, and ensures all activities support the educational and developmental goals of the youth participants.
Agency Contributions
Elite Sports Empowerment contributes specialized sports management expertise, mentorship, and extensive local network access. Our agency facilitates the NIL education process and coordinates with corporate partners to maximize the impact of every fundraising event.
Permitted Use of Funds
- Registration and player fees for flag football and local sports leagues
- Facility rental for training sessions and charitable events
- Uniforms, equipment, and necessary sports supplies
- Educational resources and workshops for NIL literacy
- Travel and logistics for developmental outreach activities
